Account details (name, phone number, email), mobile money number, transaction records (contributions, bonuses, withdrawals), device and log data (IP address, browser, timestamps), and any messages you send us.
To operate your njangi plan, process contributions and withdrawals, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, provide customer support, and improve the service.
Performance of the contract with you, compliance with legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering rules), and our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
We share data only with: mobile money providers (MTN, Orange) to settle transactions; service providers who host our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations; and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised staff. We keep an audit log of every wallet movement.
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is open, and afterwards only for the periods required by Cameroonian law (typically 10 years for financial records).

NjangiPay is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
