1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of terms

By opening an account or using NjangiPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. The service

NjangiPay follows the traditional njangi/tontine savings model. Contributions are made from your MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money account. NjangiPay is a savings tool, not an investment product; returns are not guaranteed.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your PIN and device secure, and use only a mobile money number registered in your name. You are responsible for activity on your account.

5. Fees

NjangiPay does not charge hidden fees. Mobile money network fees set by MTN and Orange may apply to top-ups and withdrawals.

6. Withdrawals & completion bonus

You may withdraw your contributed balance at any time to your registered mobile money number. The completion bonus (3–7%) is credited only when the plan is completed.

7. Intellectual property

The NjangiPay name, logo, website, text, graphics, and software are the property of Ebenezer Logistics and Services and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use NjangiPay for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebenezer Logistics and Services is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by mobile money network outages or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Douala.
